Jane is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar who works with children, adolescents, and adults, offering thoughtful, evidence-based support tailored to each stage of life.
She brings experience from both public and private settings, and has supported people through a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Autism, and relationship difficulties—whether within families, friendships, or romantic partnerships. Jane also works with clients navigating life transitions, new diagnoses, workplace stress, and the everyday pressures that can feel overwhelming at times.
Jane draws on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Jane is also building her practice in Schema Therapy, bringing a growing interest in understanding deeper patterns and long-standing emotional themes. She integrates these approaches flexibly, adapting to what best fits each person rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach.
At the heart of Jane’s work is a person-centred philosophy. She values collaboration and sees therapy as a shared process, where clients are the experts in their own lives. Jane places strong emphasis on each person’s goals, values, and autonomy, and is particularly passionate about helping people gain clarity around what truly matters to them. From there, she supports clients to take meaningful steps toward a life that feels more authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with who they are.
Outside of the clinic, Jane loves exploring new places, whether that’s discovering a new café, getting out into nature, or planning her next trip. She also enjoys unwinding with a feel-good show or spending time playing games on her Switch.
Jane is accepting new clients both in-person and via telehealth.
Thursdays & Fridays, 10am - 5pm.
Note: Jane operates an independent private practice and contracts ASK Psychology to provide administrative support & business infrastructure to facilitate her clinical work. Bookings are made through ASK Psychology.
