
Georgia is a Registered Psychologist providing psychological services with experience working with children, adolescents, and adults aged 4 to 80+. With a background in the NDIS space and private practice, Georgia specializes in mental health support for a wide range of presentations, including intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative disorders, genetic disorders, ADHD, Autism, and psychosocial disabilities.
Georgia is skilled in working with individuals experiencing gender dysphoria and is an ally to the LGBTIQA+ community. She is passionate about collaborating with clients to develop neurodiversity-affirming, effective, person-centred, and trauma-informed strategies tailored to help them thrive. Her training includes various therapeutic modalities such as ACT, Trauma-Informed CBT, DBT, and EMDR/Playful EMDR specifically designed for children. She also has a keen interest in psychodynamic and compassion-focused therapies, including compassion-focused therapy for voice hearers.
In her personal life, Georgia is a parent of two neurodivergent adolescents. Having navigated the assessment and diagnosis journey herself, she offers sensitive and non-judgemental support to other neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families.
Please note that Georgia is currently not accepting new clients and is available for bookings from existing clients only. Her working hours are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 9 am to 5 pm.
Note: Georgia operates her independent private practice while contracting ASK Psychology for administrative support and business infrastructure to enhance her clinical work. Appointments can be made through ASK Psychology.
