We request at least 48 business hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appt. This will ensure sufficient time to fill the time-slot with clients who may be on a waiting list and in need of support. 

 Changes to appointments with less than 48 business hours notice will incur a non-attendance fee of $200, payable before your next session.

You will receive an EMAIL reminder 72 hours before your appointment and a SMS reminder 24 hours before your appointment.

Please keep in mind that all in-person appointments can be shifted to Telehealth (phone or video), even at the last minute. This can sometimes be a useful way to avoid unnecessarily cancelling a session. Please contact us at 0468 402 868 to organise this.
