Kim has 20+yrs experience as a psychologist, working in both an organisational and clinical
capacity. Highly trained, she provides clinical services to adults and couples, and has helped
many clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or
just dealing with life’s pressures.
While some people may be looking to reduce symptoms and tackle specific problems,
others’ just need support and guidance. Either way, Kim takes an empathetic, yet practical
and down-to-earth approach, helping people feel heard, understood and supported without
unnecessary jargon.
Drawing on therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT),
Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and Complex Trauma
Therapy, Kim works collaboratively with her clients to build insight, develop useful coping
skills and create realistic, lasting change. Her warm, approachable manner makes
counselling feel clear, purposeful and relevant to everyday life.
Kim is accepting new clients both in-person and via telehealth.
Tuesdays, 8am - 3pm.
Flexible online sessions available on other weekdays when needed.
Note: Kim operates an independent private practice and contracts ASK Psychology to provide administrative support & business infrastructure to facilitate her clinical work. Bookings are made through ASK Psychology.
