Dr Auretta Kummar is a Clinical Psychologist and founder of ASK Psychology Fremantle. She holds a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and has experience delivering evidence-based psychological services to adults, adolescents, and children.
Her area of expertise aligns with her doctoral research and clinical practice, focusing on Posttraumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other anxiety-related disorders including social anxiety, separation anxiety, phobias, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). Auretta also works with a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, borderline personality disorder, and gender diversity (see full list below).
She is trained and skilled to deliver a range of evidence-based psychological treatments including compassion-focused approaches, mindfulness-based techniques, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, neuropsychotherapy (especially for fear-related disorders), acceptance and commitment therapy, gradual exposure therapy, exposure and relapse prevention, schema therapy and EMDR Therapy. Her approach is collaborative and tailored, working with each client’s strengths, needs, and treatment goals to support meaningful and sustainable change.
Auretta’s doctoral research investigated the impact of an eight-week compassion-focused, mindfulness-based exposure therapy program for individuals with posttraumatic stress symptoms (PTSD) —an area she remains active in clinically and academically.

MPsych (Professional)
Rebecca Rowland is a Provisional Psychologist currently completing the 5+1 pathway towards general registration. She holds a Master of Professional Psychology and has experience working across private practice and school settings, supporting children, adolescents, and adults.
Rebecca has extensive experience with neurodivergent young people, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and is also skilled in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, and adjustment-related difficulties. She is passionate about providing neuroaffirming, trauma-informed, and evidence-based support across the lifespan, helping individuals and families build resilience and confidence.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Rebecca draws on a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies. She also incorporates creative and play-based interventions when working with children, and practical, solution-focused strategies with adolescents and adults.
Alongside her private practice role, Rebecca also works as a school counsellor, providing direct support to students and consultation to families and educators. Her areas of interest span anxiety management, emotional regulation, school transitions, neurodiversity, parent support, and building self-esteem. For adults, Rebecca provides support in managing mood difficulties, workplace stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
Rebecca is committed to creating a safe and supportive space where children, adolescents, and adults feel understood, empowered, and equipped to work toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Please note:
- Sessions with a Provisional Psychologist are not eligible for Medicare rebates under the Mental Health Treatment Plan. Instead, these services are offered at a reduced private fee.
- NDIS clients are able to claim the session fee through their NDIS funding.

Sophia is a Registered Psychologist with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults aged 5 and above.
She has worked in both school and private practice settings, helping clients manage a range of mental health concerns, including emotional regulation, behaviour difficulties, anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety, and borderline personality disorder (BPD).
Sophia provides inclusive, affirming care for clients from diverse backgrounds, including LGBTQIA+ individuals and those with neurodiverse experiences such as autism and ADHD.
Using a personalised and evidence-based approach, Sophia integrates therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Her goal is to empower each client to build confidence, navigate life’s challenges, and work toward meaningful personal growth.
Outside of her work as a psychologist, Sophia enjoys staying active with gym sessions, Pilates, and beach walks. She also enjoys exploring new restaurants and is currently learning Spanish to keep her mind stimulated.

Kim has 20+yrs experience as a psychologist, working in both an organisational and clinical capacity. Highly trained, she provides clinical services to adults and has helped many clients with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or just dealing with life’s pressures. Kim also has experience working with individuals in FIFO/ mining settings as well as corrective services.
While some people may be looking to reduce symptoms and tackle specific problems, others’ just need support and guidance. Either way, Kim takes an empathetic, yet practical approach in conjunction with evidence-based practice, including emotion focused therapy, CBT, psychodynamic, and ACT. She takes a refreshingly direct and down to earth approach; making every effort to simplify issues, and support clients increase self-awareness, insight, and develop strategies for recovery and long-term positive change.
Kim is currently accepting in -person and telehealth appointments.

Georgia is a Registered Psychologist and has experience working with children, adolescents and adults aged 4 – 80+.
Having worked in the NDIS space and private practice, Georgia has experience with a wide range of presentations including intellectual disabilities, acquired brain injuries, neurocognitive disorders, genetic disorders, ADHD, Autism, and psychosocial disabilities.
Georgia also has experience working with people who experience gender dysphoria and members of the LGBTIQA+ community.
Georgia enjoys working with clients to develop neurodiversity-affirming, effective, person-centred, and trauma-informed strategies to live well. Georgia has trained in therapeutic modalities including ACT, Trauma-Informed CBT, DBT, and EMDR and has an interest in psychodynamic and compassion-focused therapies, such as compassion-focused therapy for voice hearers.
In her spare time, Georgia is a parent of two neurodivergent adolescents and having navigated the assessment and diagnosis journey, provides sensitive, non-judgemental support to other neurodivergent children, adolescents, and their families.
