Saul is a Registered Psychologist who is passionate about helping clients (aged 10 and above) achieve meaningful change in their lives. Saul has completed his Masters of Psychology, providing him with a strong understanding of how relationships, systems and environments around a person affect them.

Saul uses trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, to provide support for a range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, emotion regulation and work-life stressors.

In practice, Saul provides a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space  where clients can share their thoughts, feelings and experiences openly.

Saul tailors interventions to each client’s individual needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Schema Therapy, to guide therapy. His therapeutic approach is highly collaborative, with a strong focus on empowering clients to make meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives.

Saul is accepting new clients both in-person and via telehealth.

Mondays & Wednesdays, 10am - 6pm.

Note: Saul operates an independent private practice and contracts ASK Psychology to provide administrative support & business infrastructure to facilitate his clinical work. Bookings are made through ASK Psychology.
