Saul is a Registered Psychologist passionate about providing mental health support to clients aged 10 and above, helping them achieve meaningful change in their lives. With a completed Masters of Psychology, Saul possesses a solid understanding of how relationships, systems, and environments impact individuals.  


Utilizing trauma-informed and evidence-based practices, Saul offers a range of psychological services for difficulties such as anxiety, depression, emotion regulation, trauma, Autism, ADHD, and work-life stressors.  


In his practice, Saul creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space for clients to share their thoughts, feelings, and experiences freely.  


Saul tailors his interventions to meet each client’s individual needs and employs evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. His therapeutic approach is highly collaborative, focusing on empowering clients to make sustainable changes in their lives.  


Saul is currently accepting new clients for both in-person sessions and telehealth appointments on Mondays and Wednesdays from 10 am to 6 pm.  


Note: Saul operates an independent private practice and utilizes ASK Psychology for administrative support and business infrastructure to enhance his clinical work. Bookings can be made through ASK Psychology.
