
Jane Mathews is a Clinical Psychologist Registrar who has experience providing evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and adults.
Jane has worked across both public and private settings, supporting individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties (family, social, and romantic), and challenges relating to life transitions, work, and stress.
Jane utilises a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
She takes a person-centred approach to therapy, placing strong emphasis on each client’s goals, values, and autonomy in the therapeutic process. Jane is passionate about helping people clarify what truly matters to them and supporting them to live in ways that feel meaningful and aligned.
Jane is accepting new clients both in-person and via telehealth.
Thursdays & Fridays, 10am - 5pm.
Note: Jane operates an independent private practice and contracts ASK Psychology to provide administrative support & business infrastructure to facilitate her clinical work. Bookings are made through ASK Psychology.
