MPsych (Professional)
With a career spanning over 15 years, Rebecca has become a trusted fixture in the lives of children and families. Her deep-rooted background in disability services and extensive work within the school system allow her to bridge the gap between clinical support and everyday success, making her an invaluable resource for families seeking real, sustainable growth.
Rebecca actively provides therapy for clients aged 9 and above (especially adults and parents). She has a wealth of experience in neurodivergence (Autism/ADHD) and is also deeply skilled in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, parenting support, workplace stress, relationship challenges, and managing life transitions (e.g., blended families, mid-life changes etc.).
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. Rebecca strives to empower all her clients - ensuring that they feel heard and that they are supported towards making meaningful changes.
Rebecca draws on a range of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based strategies, while incorporating practical, solution-focused strategies.
Alongside her private practice role, Rebecca continues to work as a school counsellor, which further enriches her ability in supporting clients navigate parenting and/or systemic challenges.
