Rebecca Rowland is a Provisional Psychologist, currently completing the 5+1 pathway towards general registration. She holds a Master of Professional Psychology and has extensive experience working across private practice and school settings.

Rebecca is now focusing exclusively on providing psychological therapy services to adult clients (18 years and above).

Rebecca  has extensive experience with individuals  with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity  Disorder (ADHD), and is also skilled in supporting adults navigating  anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, parent support, workplace stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and building self-esteem.

Her therapeutic approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to  each client’s unique needs and goals. Rebecca is currently accepting new clients both in-person and via telehealth.
